Heidi is a great asset to our office! She is the first smiling face patients see when entering the office or when calling on the telephone. She not only schedules and greets patients, but she goes above and beyond to build lasting relationships through her caring and nurturing spirit. She does everything she can to welcome patients and make them feel comfortable at every appointment. Whether she is offering a warm cup of coffee or a soft blanket, she puts patients at ease and makes them feel calm and relaxed. She even offers to hold patients’ hands if they are feeling uneasy while being worked on.
Heidi is very knowledgeable in insurance information and can help patients understand their benefits and individual coverage for treatments. She is great at explaining various dental treatments as well! She takes time to answer patients’ questions and uses models and videos to walk patients step-by-step through each necessary procedure. She is also great at helping patients design a treatment plan that fits within their budget in accordance with Dr. Bob’s diagnosis. Finally, Heidi helps patients utilize resources to finance their dream smiles. She helps patients get out of pain and gain the ability to eat and smile with lasting confidence.
When Heidi is not helping patients in the office, she likes spending time with her dear friends and family, cooking gourmet meals, and playing with her adorable Yorkie pup, Lucy. She is an avid skier and loves to travel as well. A great bargain shopper, Heidi loves to get great deals on decorative furnishings for her home.
